Toucan (Do It!)

Here, I was inspired to try my hand at a new cartoony, yet painterly, style in a limited color palette while studying a toucan for reference. Their colors always intrigued me, which I wanted to experiment with the boundaries of in this piece. The naming of this artwork, lastly, is inspired by a saying I enjoyed cheering people on with as a child, which was "toucan do it!" as a positive pun to the colorful bird.
